INITIAL INQUIRY
Tell us about your property, goals, anticipated scope, budget range, design status, and preferred timing. We review the information to determine whether the project may be a good fit.

SITE CONSULTATION
When a project appears aligned, we schedule an initial consultation to discuss priorities, existing conditions, feasibility, and the appropriate next steps.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
We define the project scope, coordinate the appropriate design and engineering professionals, establish preliminary budgets and schedules, and organize the information needed to move forward.

DESIGN & PERMITTING COORDINATION
Biggs Builders works alongside the project’s design professionals to support constructability, cost awareness, selections, documentation, and permit coordination.

CONSTRUCTION PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT
Once the plans and scope are sufficiently developed, we prepare a detailed construction proposal. Approved projects move into a written construction agreement before work begins.

MANAGED CONSTRUCTION
We coordinate trade partners, scheduling, site logistics, documentation, quality oversight, and homeowner communication throughout construction.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH & CLOSEOUT
We review the completed work with the homeowner, address remaining closeout items, and organize the final project documentation.
